We are looking for an energetic, sociable, hardworking individual to join our dynamic and growing team, as a Social Media Officer, in our mission to bring fun mobile games to the MENA region and Arab speakers worldwide!
You will be handling the front line! In direct contact with our players, engaging with them, solving their problems, and empowering them through creative posting, fun events, and / or simple discussions. In short, you will be our ambassador to the world and have the most fun of all!
- Create engaging social posts for the users, and interacting with them
- Constantly improve social media materials and processes
- Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Provide customer support through various channels
- Interact with local and global customer support managers as needed
- Maintain a friendly, healthy, and fun relationship with the users through engagement and collaboration
- Plan and execute social and game events to engage the users
- Gamer! Loves and plays video games!
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Customer service oriented
- Works well independently and within the team
- Very good English language proficiency
- Social Skills is a plus
- Hardworking is a plus
- Analytical background and / or approach is a plus
- Experience with Zendesk or other customer support tools is a plus
