Position Description:

We are looking for Marketing and Community Managers who will be responsible for our user acquisition operations, as well as lead the community management and customer support. You are passionate about players, and strive to find the best and most cost effective ways to attract the best suited users to our games, and keep them happy!

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns using various CPM, CPI, and digital marketing channels
  • Build partnerships with distributors, agencies, and influencers, and work with them to reach user acquisition targets while maintaining the quality of acquired users under the given budgets
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the findings
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare landing pages, images, texts, videos, and other creatives for marketing and social media purposes
  • Find ways to enhance organic games growth through continuously preparing and optimizing the SEO, SEM, and ASO of our games
  • Communicate users’ feedback and requests to the product teams, and help plan future updates and features that cater to the users’ feedback and requests
  • Communicate with the players on social media networks, games reporting systems, and any other available channels
  • Arrange with product and development teams to answer users’ questions and comments in a timely manner
  • Plan and execute in-game and off-game events to increase players’ engagement in the games
  • Plan, create, and execute social posts, blog posts, articles, and other content to advance the games’ reach and players engagement
  • Develop and employ marketing and community policies, strategies, and best-practices

Education:

  • University degree from a reputable university in marketing or a related field is preferred but not required

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, or social media is required
  • Passion for video games
  • Deep understanding of analytics and metrics is needed
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools
  • Excellent problem solving capabilities
  • Hardworking and eager to learn
  • Self-starter and determined
  • Leader personality with excellent team-work spirit
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English languages

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with mobile apps marketing is well-appreciated
  • Experience in video games is a definite plus
  • Previous work with a startup is highly desired
